Make your decorations more festive with these confetti filled balloons! Each pack contains 5pcs of size 12" confetti filled rubber balloons of your preferred color.
TIP: Confettis tend to stay in the lower part of the balloon once inflated. To make them look like real confettis inside the balloon, rub the balloon with a towel after inflating and shake the balloon (repeat if needed). Confettis will scatter and stick, thanks to friction!
